MANDATE

I/we declare:

·        That Investec Europe Limited ("Investec Europe") be and is hereby requested and authorised to open and operate my/our Account in accordance with the Deposit Account Opening Form (including this Mandate), the General Terms and Conditions, provided that Investec Europe receives instructions to do so and those instructions are given in accordance with the signing instructions in the Deposit Account Opening Form and the General Terms and Conditions.

·        That I/we have read, understand and agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions.

·        That this Mandate shall remain in force and shall constitute my/our Mandate to Investec until revoked by notice in writing to Investec signed by me/us and for this purpose any instruction varying this Mandate shall be deemed a revocation.

Data Protection Notice

I/we hereby consent and agree that :

·        Investec Europe treats the information provided by me/us as confidential and retains such information for the purposes of providing the financial service(s), for performing Investec’s legal obligations, or for marketing purposes.

·        Investec Europe may use the information provided for the purposes of informing me/us of products and services that may be of interest or that Investec may disclose information to a member of the Investec Europe Group for the purposes mentioned above. The disclosures envisaged may necessitate the transfer of information outside of the EEA, including South Africa .

·        I/we have a right to request a copy of the information held by Investec Europe about me/us, for which Investec Europe may charge a small fee, and to have any inaccuracies in such information corrected.
